    My Playlist for sleep:

    Xanax - 2mg
    Red Wine - 2 glasses
    Portable Fan - Medium

As for the fan thing, I really cannot sleep without it. It is only for the sound as others have pointed out. I had the heater on in the house last night, but still had my fan on, just pointed it at the wall. I hate going to hotels or on vacations because it is really hard for me to sleep with the total silence.

As far as I'm aware, I don't sleep-type... that would be interesting though.

What I was trying to say is that because of finals week, and I can get away with it, it's better for me to sleep during the days and study at night. It was 12:45pm when I posted, and I should have already gone to bed at that point of time, so that I could get 8 hours of sleep and wake up early this evening to study some more.... as it stands, I slept from 1 to 7:30 or so - which is good enough.

I dont remember what was playing when I fell asleep.

I don't listen to music, but I do have the television and the VCR going at night when I fall asleep. Usually the tape going is one of the Simpsons tapes that I recorded off the TV, either that or NewsRadio.
