Try to experience and appreciate more rather than accumulating more crap I don't need. And eat better, yadda yadda.
1) Health (Cut down on coffee, more tea, less alcohol, leaner foods, exercise 6 Days a week, better multivitamins. Got an Apple Watch which helps immensely at the gym as I can’t workout with a phone) 2) Reading and Music (Read a book every two weeks, audible while I drive and learn a song in full every month on the guitar) Those are my major ones. Have work goals as well but those are more work oriented and less personal.
