    Definitely won't happen if (for whatever reasons) teams are shooting 75% on 30 3's per game against the Rockets. :p

    The Warriors (specifically Kevin Durant) triggered an arms race.

    But one could also argue that Morey-ball set the foundation for the way the NBA has evolved.

    What site did you pull the data from?

    Rockets even higher there than on bbref. Almost as high as their non-garbage time number: 116.7

    I used bbref, but they don't actually have a Net Rtg for their Team Season Finder queries. I used an accumulator for a "Team Games" query, because only it offered the Net Rating, but which does slightly different math. It is a wrong method of doing the math, but best I could get bbref to do for Net.

    I believe this is taking an average of each game ORtg/DRtg/Net for the season. Proper way is to take season totals and calculate Pace from that, and then ORtg/DRtg off of season totals. But, the Nets do seem to match regardless.

    @DonKnock eyeballing your table to mine, fwiw: my bbref query does appear to match your Net's, just not your individual ORtg's/DRtg. So the difference in math via your "Season Finder" query, which doesn't support results for a Net column, and my "Season Game Finder -- Cummulated Season Games" which does support a sortable Net column, seems to still match Net.
