    Rajun Cajun's fried turkeys are great! My family always buys one & we've tried several different locations. Rajun Cajun wins. (I'll admit, we never tried Popeyes)

    It's been awhile but I heard great things about it. It was the 'BIg Easy' by Char broiler(IIRC) that cooked it by infrared and it got the skin crispy and the meat juicy. Like I said though, its been awhile since I last researched it or looked it up.
