    where do you change a players ranking, some of the young players i picked off seem way off, especially Randolph and Murphy???

    you can go to edit players in the team management menu or i think the edit created player lets you choose any nba player.

    if you're asking for franchise mode i'm not sure if it's the same because i haven't tried it.
