So, when I switch windows these days on my home PC, it keeps having issues and I get random black squares/rectangles that are easily taken away by scrolling the mouse a bit. Looking online about this it appears to say my graphics card might be dying... If not, let me know. If yes, I doubt I have a graphics card and it is probably on the actual system I purchased. I only buy cheap computers because I only use them for basic stuff. My question is should I look into buying a graphics card for my cheap-o computer or should I just plan on replacing it with another newer cheap-o computer. FYI, I've had this one about 3 years. TIA
a new graphics card from microcenter can be had for 30 bucks all you have to do is pop it in and move the monitor plug, might be worth a try. how old is the monitor?
I was just asking to see what plug it would use. A TV is probably connected with HDMI and common to all the cheapo cards.
