    With Non-Bird rights, the Rockets could give Troy Williams up to 4 years starting at up to 120% of the one-year vet minimum salary.

    Troy Williams has looked very impressive. He looked good last year to. Can easily take Dekkers Roleabd great insurance for tucker/Ariza

    He could easily flip words. He could say "Yeah there's good team we'll see." but he said "I can't wait to play." so I think this is reliable then potatohead guy.

    By the way, sorry about re-sign thing. I'm from Turkey and still don't know about those things
