Score some runs early. Let Morton relax. Maybe he goes 6 innings.

Good piece of hitting to go the other way.

Tigers really slow things down when the Astros have men on base...

So Correa in the cleanup spot is non negotiable but when he's out his position bats second and Gattis bats cleanup? Ok

You're surprised they'd move their #5 hitter to #4 instead of saying "whoever plays Shortstop always bats cleanup" ?

That's like saying North is always "up".

Just curious to why Correa is set in stone at cleanup.

Probably because they ultimately think he's one of their best hitters. His 1.000 OPS in May probably doesn't hurt if they were thinking of making a change.

Because he's a better hitter than Gattis or Marwin?

Marwin has a better avg and ops but keep trying. Doesn't he lead the team in hr's and rbi's with more limited playing time?

Now that Correa has found his groove, Springer with his .235 BA & .315 OBP and no steals hitting #1 is a bigger question mark than Correa at #4.

and Beltran. It's time to shame Springer and Beltran into a hitting streak! worked well on Correa... clutchfans internet pressure seemed to work wonders ;)
