one of my fraternity brothers is gonna be in that movie for a few seconds. he spent a day in austin filming about two weeks ago. pretty cool.
My wife saw them filming at 15th and Congress... that's right in front of the Capitol. She saw Tommy Lee and the cheerleaders. She was impressed... it was pretty far away, but she didn't think she saw any silicone. (she wasn't sure about Tommy Lee ) Someone else she works with was eating lunch at Scholtz's and Jones was having lunch at a table next to them with some folks. It's cool that Austin has turned into a place to make movies. Stars get spotted around town on a regular basis... although more often than not it's because they're just visiting friends and having fun. I checked out that website. I think I might give it a shot.
Some of the cheerleaders are from UT's orange cheer team - the rest are actresses, I think. For all you UT students, don't yall read the Daily Texan? the article made the front page like Oct 30th..... Yall saw the commercial, didnt yall! Cheer Up Our lacrosse team is trying to get in as extras to make some money for the team. It should be pretty cool, but it'll be early in the morning.
