    If the kid committed a murder he would be tried as an adult, but if he has sex with someone of age the poor snowflake needs protecting and our adult requires life long ruin.

    sounds like one of those 16yr old 8th graders - We had one in our middle school...he too had an affair with a teacher..but she was married

    It's messed up how these situations pretty much ALWAYS end up REALLY badly for the teachers...and yet this crap still continues to happen. What is the driver?

    I don't get how you can admit to being a sexual predator and still keep your teaching certificate. Who and where will she teach? If she plead guilty, doesn't she have to register as a sex offender?

    Have we ever seen a black woman get caught having sex with their students? I'm curious.
