I went to the gym the other day and swam. Had wet hair coming out of the gym, fifteen degrees outside, and before I even reached my car, which was 150 feet away, my hair was totally frozen.
If you care to know what is actually going on in the video, it is a demonstration of the Mpemba effect. If you throw extremely hot water into the air in cold enough temperature, it will freeze in mid-air as in the video. But colder, room temperature water will fall to the ground as water and freeze into ice on the ground. Great example of a non-intuitive effect. Sometimes the world doesn't work the way any moron knows it should. It was a minor internet video fad a few years back, and there was a Mythbusters segment on it.
