    refresh my memory on a thing, i used to go trick - or - treating back when i was in houston up untill i was in 7th grade, over here in VA(richmond) my friends been telling me its illegal for anyone over the age of 12 to go out trickotreatin on haloween night, i was really mad at this stupid ass law, can you guys telll me if this is just a law in VA or if its the same in TX or any other place..


    coz im pissed, i was gunnna be DUBYA this year lol
