    Good news, the seats have been upgraded! Moved from section 429 to section 427 (center court!). Still 2 seats together. Still 1st row :cool:

    As always, payment accepted via Paypal (please use the "send money to friends/family" option to avoid fees!) and tickets transferred via Flashseats (account required).

    This year for pricing I'm doing things a bit differently. I'm taking whatever comparable tickets there are posted for sale online and cutting the price by around 20%. All prices posted are per ticket. The vast majority of my tickets typically sell by Thanksgiving, so if you want em, grab em.

    Q: Do you offer bulk discounts?
    A: Yes. Typically for purchases of 5 games or more. More consideration is given to larger purchases, purchases of non-marquee games, and purchases of games later in the year.

    Q: Are these prices subject to change?
    A: Yes. I set these prices as of the market rate on 10/5/16. Prices may go up or down, depending. If you find a better deal somewhere else, let me know and I'll adjust the price accordingly.

    So i went straight to the Toyota Center website to confirm what i already knew for your section. Here is what they are charging for each of these games (future games not on sale there yet):
    Oct 30 Dal 8:00 PM $100 (TC price $55)
    Nov 12 SA 8:00 PM $80 (TC price row 4 $65)
    Nov 23 Tor 8:00 PM $55 (TC price also $55, but you said you were slashing prices 20%)
    Dec 5 Bos 8:00 PM $55 (same as Toronto)
    Dec 7 LAL 8:00 PM $70 (TC price $55)
    Dec 10 Dal 8:00 PM $75 (TC price $55)
    Dec 16 NO 8:00 PM $60 (TC price $55)

    As someone who appreciates the ClutchFans community of ticket buyers and sellers, i'm not trying to ruin your business here. Just post the tickets at a fair price.

    #1 - Can you link me to the price map/seat guide you used for this? It would be helpful.

    #2 - Comparable seats (i.e. center court first row) for the Toyota Center are for the most part SOLD OUT and have been for years (I had to wait 6 years to move into these seats). As such, I'm not using the TC website list price as my guide, I am using the secondary market (e.g. Stubhub, Seatgeek, etc).

    #3 - If users find a better price elsewhere for comparable seats (row 4, for example, is at a different price tier through the Toyota Center than rows 1-3), they are more than welcome to purchase them or ask if I'm willing to adjust my prices. I won't be able to keep up with all listings at all times throughout the season, so I'm counting on people helping me keep current with price trends. For the games you posted, however, little to no comparable tickets are available for purchase through the Toyota Center website, so posting the prices here is kind of pointless.

    I went on www.houstontoyotacenter.com for the info. I clicked on each of the games listed (through mid Dec) to get the price of seats in your location.

    I understand what you're saying as far as the first rows of the section (and possibly comparable sections) being sold out for some or all of these games.

    Flashseats is always another option for tickets. There was enough of a gap in pricing for some of the games listed that I (and other potential buyers) wanted to understand why there was such a difference.

    You may think my posting the pricing is pointless, but there are a lot of us that would like to attend Rockets games for as little as possible (especially games with zero demand) so i'm not going to apologize for providing this info as a resource. Just fyi, there are lower level tickets for the Mavs game for $59 through the venue, and while i'm not going to check on every game right now, i am certain there are other games that have lower level seats between $50-$60. I get that you are center court but i'll pick top of the lower level endzone over upper level midcourt any day, especially if it's cheaper.

    I did the same thing, but unfortunately the face value pricing information is not available for tickets that are already purchased, so it limits my ability to research. Accessing the site via mobile allowed me to get around that though. I even asked my ticket rep for some documentation about the ticket prices per event and they said they couldn't help me. :confused: Before pricing everything I did take an aggregate of what the per-game cost is on my tickets, and about 15 games are currently priced under average face value (that's at season ticket price, mind you, not retail/single game pricing which is significantly higher).

    Flashseats has a horrendous user interface so I skipped it (and won't use it in the future). If you find a deal on there, I say go for it, but the fees might get in the way of your savings. Pretty much you can expect the price to drop off dramatically when you move over 1 section (e.g. baseline but not center court) or back 1-2 rows. I tried to take into account 3rd row prices in my averaging whenever I could and also eliminate hugely overpriced outliers. If you are looking to go to games as for "as little as possible" I do not recommend my tickets.
