I'll just mention this one negative when it comes to sling TV: the feeds are delayed by about 25-30 seconds.

This may not be a big deal for most folks, but I really enjoy the social aspect of watching a live event via twitter. It was a dealbreaker when I realized how behind I was compared to other folks.

so close to cutting cable and I keep seeing this Sling deal that gives away a free roku 2. I'm also looking at a HDTV antenna with 50 mile range, and maybe just using a HDMI cord from my laptop to the tv for viewing rockets via LP Broadband.
