If they are trying to re-enter the USA, then yes. And, President Trump will have an extreme vetting process for those people. Death has been known to have a radicalizing effect on some people. (In fairness to US Customs, I think they're operationally good. I've recently been through Customs in Houston, Mexico City, and Paris. Houston was quick. By contrast, I was in 1 hour+ lines both arriving and leaving Charles de Gaulle. You get to the front and find over half the stations are left unmanned. I'm pretty sure the thousands of people who had to stand in those lines would have been okay with a couple of extra bucks on the plane ticket to fill all of those cubes and get the line moving.)
I don't think this proves life exists after death just that death isn't when we think it is and might be a few more minutes past what we can tell
3 minutes you say http://creambmp.com/2016/08/18/new-york-teen-dies-3-minutes-comes-back-says-jesus-wore-timberlands/
Why not film the glass moving and colect the 10 million dollar reward for showing any evidence of ghosts?
