I thought the ump in game 1 did a good job, until Altuve's AB in the 8th (or was it 7th) where he struck out looking on 2 straight balls, not to mention a questionable check swing strike by the 1B ump.

 

It looks like MLB could do away with the ump calling balls and strikes. They won't do it, but they could.
