Nice car…Im not in the market for one, but for those that reserved, that's a very solid buy. Congrats.

Did not disappoint. Standard autopilot. Sick sunroof. Minimum of 215 miles per charge.

That clean, sparse interior. Looks so futuristic. They did this car right.

Just preordered. Never thought there'd be a day where I preordered a car, but here it is.

Autopilot safety features are standard, which is also the case now for Model S and X. To enable the rest I believe you will have to pay(currently $2500 for S/X).

EDIT: I may be wrong about this(for model 3), not sure. S and X Autopilot enable is definitely an option.

Are we supposed to get some kind of confirmation email after preordering? Or is Tesla just getting hammered at the moment.

    Speculation but HIGHLY likely:

P(performance) version will push 3 secs 0-60 time.

Larger battery version should push 300 mile range.

Top of the line version should push $55k.

Dumb question, but if there are going to be different types of the Model 3 - why weren't there multiple options for the pre order?

Preordering is a place in line. Configuration is where you pick your options. That will come closer to production, and once fully configured you lock in your order.

    Sure it will.

Of course a few other cars qualify, Musk can't make it too obvious. Like I said, nobody does it better.
