    There was a comedy from the 1980's, set on the beach somewhere, where a guy goes surfing and gets sucked out to sea. The movie doesn't center on this guy, just cuts to him every once in a while. At one point, he's in a shipping lane on his surfboard, then he's in a storm...

    It's killing me- what is it?
