    Both...

Coaches need to coach and players need to be coached...

I will gladly tell those teams that the players are more important than the coach. I wouldn't expect much resistance to the idea, especially from Curry's Warriors who are coached by Luke Walton.

Not so sure about that. You see short handed teams win quite frequently. That's certainly not the players. If you have a team of good players playing badly together, they'll lose to a team of inferior talent playing well together most of the time. Rockets are a prime example of this.

It's the players fault because they play idiotically , and it's the coaches fault because they haven't drilled smart basketball into these guys heads . Since we've had Dwight we just don't play smart . I'm not blaming Dwight , he's not the problem , it's the combination of players . Dwights first year was the closest and it's because we had guys like Lin , parsons , Patterson etc .

We need more ball movement , and key to that ball movement we need players to MOVE OFF BALL . Guys just stand around . When they move our offense is ok . Now when we had a lot of creators even though guys had no plan moving off ball they could improvise and find each other well enough . Now with bev and Ariza in those spots , they don't have the vision that Lin and parsons had . So much of the burden has fallen on harden , and how we play has changed as a result .

We've become a harder nosed defensive team and prioritized rebounding . Last year , that along with good enough shooting from three and high number of attempts made us good enough . Dmo also contributed with one on one scoring .

Our coaches need to come up with a simple and executable plan for these dudes . Our best lineup is when we go small , Dwight rebounds and brew and bev run around like chickens with heads cut off . It works because they are fairly athletic and harden is really really good .

Lawson and Dmo are gonna be the keys to a better offense , I just hope they can play as well as they have in the past and also keep up the slack defensively . Both of those guys have great vision and can create , if there is enough off ball movement when they are on the court then we will get a lot of open looks .

I feel like this whole season we have been in our heads , McHales firing was rash and we would have been in / won those games had our three point shooting been average . Since then , it feels like everyone on the staff is reeling to come up with answers . Let's face it , we came into the season unprepared . A big disappointment , but not a lethal one . We may have made it worse by , what I think , was an overreaction.

Everyone has to step up , players need to Keep up their ****ING FOCUS, and the coaches need to give these guys direction to MOVE OFF BALL .

    / rant

Bickerstaff looks so lost. His rotations are just terrible!

I gotta think it's the system. We have good players, 2 deep at every position. I think with Thibs, new assistant coaches, new system... we'd be a lot more competitive. Harden can't do it alone. He's the only one out there scoring and facilitating. It's crap. Our role-plays stand out by the arc waiting for a pass from Harden. The system...

It's time to admit that Morey has no answers for this team.

It's both to be honest. Players and coaches both are lacking.
