I keep looking at this video and I can't stop SMH! It's one thing to be a players coach and a totally different thing to be gung-ho about sucking up to the players. Look at the vid, he's the most dramatic one on the dance floor! It's almost as if he's terrified to get on Harden's bad side for fear of being McFailed! I know this is a party and Bick's is still fairly young, but there has to be some boundaries between a coach and his players! Being one of the guys is going to get you NOWHERE, respect and a solid, tactful game plan will get everyone on board and start believing that there on the right path! If he wants to be the black Steve Kerr he needs to follow Steve Kerr's example!

I'm not sold on Bicks as being the coach that this team needs, BUT I do want him to do well! If he does well the TEAM is doing well, and I can't root against my team! I hope my take on this is pure folly, because I do think that we have the talent to contend and perhaps surprise the Golden State Weirdos!

remembered this thread and the vid of john blair (which has since been removed) dancing around like the end of footloose. we didn't deserve a coach like that. i can't see any other coach other than kidd that would do that.

go party somewhere else blair.
