    Not only do they burn coal in outdated powerplants, they burn wood and dung at home. Some of their largest cities come to a grinding halt due to the monsoons. They could really use some natural gas, they could use some energy.

    That lake is probably highly toxic.

    Bengaluru aka Bangalore have lakes that for the past 3 years, regularly turn into white toxic foams that overflow onto the roads etc. Earlier this year one of those lakes actually caught on fire multiples times.
