Thoughts on nepotism?

    I personally have somewhat benefited from nepotism to a much smaller scale. Small communities see nepotism as a way to survive as minorities. I read somewhere that a dollar is pass through the hands of the Asian community 27 days on average. Is nepotism bad or just part of society? Can it be prevented?

    Nepotism in government is bad. Everywhere else it's whatever.
