    I say we post in here if we see any lunch specials, much like other coupon threads.

    I saw that today they are doing a KFC bowl with a drink for $2.99. (I'm going to assume it is a small bowl.)

    Has anybody have any luck with Restaurant.com That offers huge discounts on gift certificates? Looks like a good deal for my big family if I'm able to buy a $50 GC for $10-$25.

    $5 for any foot long at subway, I know Swoly's interested.

    Sonic has a dollar menu now, $1 for a hamburger + .50 for cheese (but of course it's little)

    Hmm...last time I checked these weren't "lunch specials" ;)

    This could be a cool reference thread to get some good, obscure specials at places in Houston. By obscure I mean not specials with nationally televised commercials that come on every other commercial break...

    $5 for ANY foot long, is a special because it's for a limited time and it was previously $5 only on select foot longs before.

    Sonic was FYI, but fine!

    Got the bowl today. Hell of a deal. Full size bowl (reg. price $3.99 by itself) + a large drink for $3.19.

    Warning: the following is not particulary a lunch special

    A Whataburger with cheese and a medium fry (no drink) is EXACTLY $5.

    For some reason, I think this is amazing.
