Has anyone sat in the seats directly next to the club section where the rails are? Did these rails obstruct your view at all?

no you can see fine. I've sat in 117 actually. you should be able to get those for about 90-105 off stub hub

The seats behind the basket are the worst.

Yeah you can sit behind the basket unless you are in the low rows. Anything K or lower are actually really good seats.
