Roaches

There was one roach that was my favorite of all time.

I'm sitting in the living room and I hear my older brother scream. I look up and see him running out of his room accross the balcony and there is a flying roach CHASING him. He turns the corner to run into the bathroom and slams the door. The roach made it in. A split second later, the bathroom floor flys open and sprints back into the bedroom.

Best roach over. lol

Age is irrelevant when it comes to roaches. I have heard rumors that even Chuck Norris doesn't like them.

 

Has anybody ever read that book called 1000 days (I think that was the title) where a couple of Aussies got tossed in a Thai prison? Some French dude in the cell next door had an apple-sized growth behind his ear, and they couldn't figure out what it was. They finally just cut it open and a ton of roach larvae came streaming out. A roach had apparently crawled in his ear and deposited its eggs.

 

What is the purpose of roaches? I mean there are certain bugs that serve purposes, like ants, bees, etc. But roaches?

 

He was probably 14. He's 40 now. We still laugh about that.

 

Sounds like a pretty interesting read. I'll be sure to look it up next time I'm at the bookstore. I hope it's not as boring as that one movie where these 2 American girls get stuck at a Malaysian(?) prison.

I once had a friend who's apt was just pure filth that it probably housed a good 50+ roaches at the least at any given time. One time his xbox stopped working and we opened it up only to have at least a dozen roaches run out. Very terrifying. From then on, we played at my house.

 

Are you talking about "Brokedown Palace" because that movie was pretty bad.

For every 1 roach you see there is 50 where that one came from. BEWARE!
