    I think if this happened in the states the adults would justifiably be arrested. I caught a bit of a Spanish language talk show where some moms were boasting about their children's inappropriate dance skills (with the kids there to demonstrate). I don't speak any Spanish but it seemed that much of the audience thought it was great and the hostess was only lightly questioning the behavior.
