    Can some breakdown the cap situation for 2013-14 season. The media is saying that houston doesn't have cap space to sign Dwight outright, but I have done the numbers and I came up that the salary situation in 2013 have 9 players are at about 39 million & change, leaving them with about 19 million dollars to offer to Dwight...
