So I have been trying to up my grilling and overall cooking skills lately. and I've been trying to cook and eat new things and I'm interested in finding an old fashion butcher shop that could have different meats and cuts than places like HEB which has been where I've been getting my meats.

Anybody know if these even exist anymore? Or if there is one in Houston preferably in SE Houston? In my area (deer park/Pasadena) there are a few Hispanic meat markets but it can be a little intimidating when sometimes it's hard to communicate and ask the staff questions.
