    because it's the U.S. virgin islands and he's not considered a foriegn player. I believe that makes him a citizen even.

    Also, Hakeem was born and raised a Nigerian and didn't become a U.S. citizen until years into his NBA career. He wasn't born a U.S. citizen like Tim Duncan.

    Drazen Petrovic wasn't on this list and that's a shame. I mean nobody on that list can even think of competing with Hakeem, but Drazen Petrovic should have at least made the list.

    Career accomplishments makes Hakeem the top player on your list though.
