By no means am I saying Zhou is a good or great player
He’s a role player and he’ll play his role better than Carmelo
Carmelo is old and lazy but thinks he’s all star Carmelo from a decade ago

And if people watch the team like for real cause we know idiots are here to talk without watching
They know we need height and length in the worst way

Montrez Harrell dropped 30 on us
    That’s a red flag

Chriss has already shown more potential in the few games he's played than the years Qi's been here. The difference is Chriss doesn't have a certain demographic" of fans overhyping him up

Lmao. That's absurd. Chriss has already proven he can become a decent weakside defender here. Qi hasn't shown us anything other than he's seen as "the next Yao" to asian fans.

Once again, just to be perfectly clear,

Zhou Qi, when healthy, is a better defender than Clint Capela.

Put that in your signature, haters. I dare you.

Asian fans aren’t all crazy, you know. I’d hazard to guess that even most Chinese fans wouldn’t consider Zhou “the next Yao”. And plenty of non-Asian fans are high on Zhou’s potential as well. Whether he pans out or not, though, is still waaay up in the air.

There is a reason Suns dumped Chriss and Morey declined his option. Give Zhou qi the playing time Chriss's got all these years, i have no doubt he would be a defensive specialist.

    Look
He was bad last year . But he’s much better this year based off what I saw in summer league.
Hardenstein looked average and he’s getting time now

We have 5 or 6 players who can create their own shots easily on offense.
Zhou is pretty raw on offense his defense is NBA ready. Just having that wingspan under the basket will help us.

You'd have a argument Hartenstein is better than Chriss, maybe. But Qi? I don't see it

The theme of our bad defense is that other team is facing a short player on the switch and getting easy buckets
Qi is tall and it requires some effort to shoot over him

I’m not saying nonsense like he’s going to replace Capela
We just need height and defense
Hartenstein is not much better than him just thicker
    Melo is playing no defense

Qi only joined last year so I have no clue what "years he has been here" you are talking about. He also only played 1-2 games and in garbage time last year so in terms of games played yeah, Chris would show more since he has played more.

Although Chriss is a year younger than Qi, he has been playing in the NBA since 2016 so its not surprising he would be playing over Qi who still looks totally lost. A big diff between the two though is Qi is still on a rookie deal whereas Chriss is making top 8 lotto money, as much as you love your boy Chriss if he plays well he won't be here next year.

Is there bias for Qi? Sure there is, we are all human not robots. However the bias isn't as big as you make it out to be. Qi is a relative unknown thats why there is hype about him, just like with any rookie on CF. Just look at the hype on Clark or Melton before its way bigger than Qi, I guess the African American community just can't help but overhype those guys up lol

Looking better than last year that's for sure.
