High ground is where the house and barns are, then you go off the hill and get into the river bottom. Look at the map.

Write me a check for 1/3 of that sale price and I'll feel real good.

Man......I'd be firing up the phones if I thought there was a "clutchcity" discount, but hell..............you already got it listed. Pretty land though. Nice area.

You could always challenge one of them to a duel and then have a re-vote. Hows your draw game? You could have a split decision then.... Or a grieving mother. Something to ponder.....

They way it's laid out and the terrain there's really no way to break it up unless you wanted to do lots. It's all or nothing.

Minimal road frontage is a selling point on this kind of place.

You know, if I was a complete ******* developer, I could cut that place into about 12 homesites and make crazy bank. But I hate people who do that.

It's not the worst thing. Then 12 families could enjoy the land and them yellow cats instead of one rich ******* ;).

Or sell it to an aggregate company and they could mine the hell out of that hill and leave it looking like 7 layers of ****. Not kidding, San Saba rock is a desired product for houses and such.

I'm just salty. Thank yall for letting me vent.

I no longer have the money but this is very close to exactly what I have wanted for 20 years. With my business destroyed I cannot afford it.

That land is going to go up greatly in value. If greed is the motive, they are foolish to not hold onto it for another 5 years.

Im sorry you have to sell it.

The wind farms are across the river in Mills County. You can sit on the porch and watch the flashing lights in the distance, and the satellites fly over, and the Milky Way in all it's goodness.

Shiit I'm all over that! Just need it broken off in smaller sections so I can afford it.

Oh and I needs muh internet! I've been looking at properties in and around Boerne lately. One thing I can't figure out is if the internet there is good enough to make it my permanent residence from which I work from home.

How about you start with the 40 acres and a mule that you owe me?
