30 year old Chris Paul, you know back when he could drive past quick footed defenders like Andrew Bogut.

That was exactly my point you nitwit... You sound like Kenny Smith talking about the Rockets.

James Harden is directly responsible for Clint Capela scoring all-star points, and is second only to Lebron James when it comes to setting up his teammates. (See Tucker, Gordon, Clint having career year after career year...)

Anyone who can lead the team. Because IsoMan can't.

A pre-injury KD whom would be the Primary guy and make Harden the “co-star”.

Someone who can make Harden respect them. I am tired of him walking around thinking he is the best player in the nba. I miss Hakeem's Humble but hungry attitude. It was what this organization was built on. Harden reminds me of an over glorified Steve Francis.

I thought smart money says we need a big playmaker a la Siakam or Draymond

It hurts, but it's true.... sometimes. Some days Harden wins me over, and others I feel this very strongly. He is always such an enigma.

Lol... but honestly, I really do think so. The whole "we don't need two playmakers" argument falls flat to me. We tried that before trading for Paul. "How come we can't get a bucket when Harden sits?" "No one else can get their own shot." "Harden gets worn down having to initiate every play."

I think a playmaking PG who can run the offense every 3rd play + when Harden sits is a great fit. Just turns out he declined faster than we hoped.

I can get on board with an elite wing defender who can get his own shot but then i think we still need an Austin Rivers (gross) type as a back up PG.

Klay is the right answer. I feel like he would have the potential to break the 3point shooting % record(with huge volume) feasting off catch and shoot attempts from Harden. Plus the great size and defense.

Someone who stands around waiting to catch and shoot while Harden does his dribble dribble dribble routine
