Out of the bullpen or walking up to the plate.

Personally there will never be anything better than the first minute of this:

    Discuss among yourselves.

Can't go wrong with Mo Rivera's Enter Sandman. If I was playing Houston might do a tribute to Houston rap with something like Tops Drop.

As a hitter no question. The part where the groove kicks in for the first time, I feel cooler just listening to it.

    As a closer

If I had a good heater, I might go with Be Quick or Be Dead by Iron Maiden.

    Hitter:
    “Timebomb”, by Old 97s
When in a slump I would switch to “If I Can’t” by 50 Cent

If I was a middle reliever I would do something silly like “Call Me Maybe” or “Kiss Me”. If I was a closer I would go More Human Than Human by White Zombie, switching to Killing In the Name Of by Rage Against the Machine when I was coming off a bad outing.

Wow. Only a true Maiden fan knows that one. Too bad it’s on a terrible album.

as a closer I'd go with the gorillaz, feel good inc. I'd break the record for most saves in a season since 1990 with this song!

If I'm coming to bat with runners on base, I gotta go "The Cleanup Song" from Barney & Friends.

If was a base-stealing threat (and I'd hope I could be), "Here Comes The Hot Stepper" by Ina Kamoze. Heard it every single day in gym class as a kid. It's been a 25-year earworm, and I unabashedly love it.
