Marbury was a headcase until he went to China and embraced living there. When that happened he became worshipped even more than he was while he was here at half the player he was.

A lot of these players make more money than most of us will ever see. Life is a crazy thing...

I had high hopes for Lawson

    I’m anti short people now

Eventually they fade with age look at Lawson, Thomas and Robinson

    Can’t have long last careers

Most of his comments were spot on...If you pretend he's saying the opposite.

I follow the Houston nightlife scene and Ty Lawson was ALWAYS out in Houston at bars/clubs. Man had an issue with drinking.

James Harden ruined his career just like he ruined Marcus Thornton and Jerry Lin and COurtney Fortson and Scott Machado and Johnyy Flynn and all those careers

Remember when _holic told us James Harden was jealous of Marcus Thornton taking shots and didn't want to pass to him

    Happy Times

Man I was in that camp at the time. It just seemed way more plausible that "A) james couldn't fit with another ballhandler" than "B) ty lawson forgot how to play basketball between april and october".

Turns out it was B and C) kevin mchale is a shitty coach.

I knew this was a cleverly disguised DMo thread before I even opened it.

Where exactly is Thornton these days? Sucked with the Wizards after the stint here as well.

The Denver ESPN columnist Woody Paige who himself ironically is a a alcoholic kept saying it to anyone who listened that Ty was out of control.

Almost anyone was much better than Francis 2010. Even broke back, broke knee Mac.

Marbury himself would say he became a more mature player, 2/3 of what he was as an Allstar.

From an Ear in Sac... (WCS)....Ty has a very bad alcohol problem. Showed up late, inebriated and not ready.

Unless he takes a year or two off, he's done.

Steve Francis (I love Stevie, despite the FLAWS) X2. It's bad.

    He's out of shape.

    Sad story.
