    Anti-Semitic remarks are definitely a no-go, but the video posted above about early white people is an interesting perspective. That clip alone wouldn’t be enough for cancellation imo

    Lol clearly ridiculous...that being said, white people have put down other races for so long and so much faux science was being passed off decades ago (and to this day I’m sure) about blacks, Hispanics, Asians etc being mentally inferior. I’m not upset if Nick subscribed to some bogus notion that white people were more violent and domineering from having to adapt to a harsh wintry environment. Seems like a stretch but it doesn’t offend me in the slightest.

    Now anti-Jew talk is a step too far. They’ve suffered enough oppression as is

    Where is the cancel culture police today? Here is a famous rich guy saying all kinds of racist **** and not a single conservative here to defend his freedom of speech and bashing cancel culture for him being fired. If I could only figure out why.

    The conservatives don't typically defend racist remarks regardless of cancel culture btw. Cancel culture is largely about cancelling people for believing in other things... cancel culture was never an anti racist culture... quite the opposite actually. It is about painting people as witches who disagree with far left sentiments.

    Probably so, but who cares? Aren’t you a white guy? Do you really care? Maybe it’s because I consider myself to have led a somewhat successful life so far, which in no small part comes from being a white middle-class male in the United States, there’s just literally nothing anyone can say about white people that offends me.

    The shame I have is knowing white men before me enslaved black people for financial gain; perhaps direct ancestors of mine (I’m not sure). In any event, there’s no question I had inherent advantages.

    If Nick Cannon wants to accuse primitive white culture of being violent, sub-human, or control-hungry..fine. If nothing else it provides a scapegoat to explain why we did terrible things. If anything it’s too kind. I get why it’s bad what he said and I don’t think anthropologists would back up his claim; but I can’t personally take offense to it and I doubt mature adults would either.

    If he would've stopped after the white comments, he probably could've scored a contract extension. He took it too far with the anti-Semitism.
