Just got done with DVR. Just way too many penalties to overcome. Disappointing game but still have a shot to finish on a high note.
I hope we finally have a good fourth quarter And I hope Alabama wrecks Oklahoma Roll tide Hook em If Oklahoma played satan I’d root for satan
UT drew perhaps the worst possible bowl match up, a really angry Georgia team. That is not going to end well.
I hope it's not remotely similar to the TCU/Ole Miss Peach Bowl. That's the biggest "big bowl" asswhooping I've seen in a long time. TCU came out with something to prove and could have scored 70 if they wanted, but It actually got comical at one point and they called off the dogs.
Our defense has played much better against pro-style offenses vs the spread them out/air raid style where we haven't shown an ability to stop. Honestly not sure an Alamo Bowl match up vs. Leach's Washington State would've bold well for us either. But hopefully these guys just come out with a nothing to lose mentality. Think they were pressing a lot vs. OU which led to costly penalties and mistakes.
Whatever happens in the Sugar Bowl, I want to apologize to Ehlinger first. After last season, I thought he was going to be the second coming of Garret Gilbert, but he's probably closer to Colt McCoy at this point. He still doesn't have great accuracy, but his decision making this year has been mostly phenomenal for a true Sophomore quarterback.
Yeah, not sure I buy the idea of a "furious" Georgia when history says "disappointed" Georgia is more likely to appear.
No doubt, his improvement has been phenomenal. After his freshman season, we all wanted to see him protect the ball better, and he did that and then some. Now? I'd be happy if he stayed healthy and could hit the WR/TE in the seam consistently.
I think Herman does pretty good when he is the underdog, but Georgia took on Alabama and did pretty well so we might still lose big.
