Huge win. Been down on Sam a bit this season but man did he have himself a game. You can just see the confidence building in him and this team.

Well, this is the best year of Texas football since 2010. After Maryland, a lot ot people thought we’d be 1-4 or 2-3 heading into this game (including yours truly). Herman has the team playing well and I hope that he’s able to keep their focus on the opponent at hand going forward.

The fourth quarter was torture to watch. Conservative offensive play calling, gassed defense giving up gigantic plays and momentum swinging as hard as it could toward Oklahoma. But the final drive today was similar to our final drive against Kansas State; methodical and assured. I won’t lie: I was nervous about Dicker kicking the winning field goal, but I’m ecstatic that I was wrong.

I refuse to talk about anything other than the next team on the schedule. We have very tough games at Tech, at Oklahoma State and home for West Virginia ahead of us. I’m really enjoying the ride so far this season.

Well well well. A win like this and a few more could even switch a few recruits. This team looks like it is back.

Also going for four in a row against Baylor. I hope A&M loses tonight.

That was a great college football game yesterday! Hook’em horns, and screw you Tom Herman.

#9 feels too high, but I won’t pretend that I’m not happy at the highest ranking since I was a student.

If we keep winning, and West Virginia does too, the game in Austin against them will be a doozy.

UT is going to win out along with currently undefeated South Florida. UT vs Charlie Strong in the national championship game is going to be epic.

Ya that was a bigger jump than I expected. The Big 12 down the stretch will be very interesting to watch.

Anyone going to the game? A small group of us will be tailgating beforehand in the Bevo Blvd area.

PJ would have made one hell of a DE/TE.

Uh oh, Sam's throwing hand is all cut to hell. Guess it happened on that last run. Buechele in.

eta: delay of game and a false start in Shane's 1st 3 times under center. At least he got 'em in solid FG range.

SamE heading into the locker room.

SamE has not just the hand but an apparent shoulder injury. This is bad, long-term.

It's good to have a backup QB with experience (cough, Mack, cough), and that throw and catch to Johnson was excellent. He slowed down and made the DB slow, then sped up and used his reach advantage. He's gonna be a player on Sundays.
