i think there might already be a thread for this show, but yeah, it's ****ing awesome. quickly becoming one of the best shows on tv.

These shows fascinate me.

The life, the time period, the routines, the clothes, the infrastructure.

Its crazy to see how, not long ago, life was like that. Amazing.

 

they've already re-uped it for a second season, too.

 

His name is Ragnar, not Ragnarök. Ragnarök is the Norse version of Armageddon (not exactly, but simplified.)

 

So is this an actual drama or is it an educational show? Nothing I hate more than trying to watch me some TV and accidentally learnin' sumpin.

Came across it randomly and was about to see what people thought about it and whether I should start watching it. I believe I shall start now based solely on this thread lol.

Watched the first 2 episodes. Enjoyable. Will watch the rest on the dvr. but thus far it is a little predictable story-wise.

 

its not bad. I enjoy watching it, especially when its on at 9pm on sunday.

Good story, can't wait to see the english king get his ass kicked by the viking force

Great episode last night, Ragnar show The Earl who was boss. Sucks there is only 9 episodes per season. Maybe if it get good feed back that will increase next season.

 

next season will be 10.
