I don't understand. People die to gun violence every day in this country. Just two died over here. Is it because it was a white woman ?

Their hype machine website sucked so they went for the nuclear option. Now everyone will watch to see the controversial show. Double the ratings.

Yea they are also trying to basically get brownie points by paying respect (which i wont deny is very generous) but that underlying greed always lingers unfortunately..

If only they'd gone to Netflix, this show would have benefited greatly.

    1) Because it's high profile story that has nationwide attention. Most murders aren't.
    2) Because it's a unique killing, and something similar on a TV show (on the same day) would inevitably draw (likely negative) comparisons.

    You really don't understand that?

It's like, if somebody had written an episode of a crime drama where somebody went in and shot up a school. Yeah, a fictional horrible crime, but people wouldn't be unnerved because it's just a story. It's not real. But if the episode were set to air right after Columbine or Newtown, then all of a sudden it hits too close to home. It become less fiction and more reality, and that's not something a lot of people are willing to deal with in the immediate aftermath.

Not really the same though. They could have easily just gone with the show last week. Man I thought it was boring but watchable. Either Elliot killed Tyrell or that fool is in hiding. I must say though, Tyrell's wife might be the most gorgeous woman that I've ever seen on tv. My god her lips are perfection.

He isnt Tyrell and you know his dad is dead, they even showed him choking himself, to pretty much shut that down. I think Tyrell is in hiding, because who else could of worn that Mr. Robot mask if not Him or Elliot

I thought it was Tyrell in the mask for whatever reason. I'm wondering if he killed Tyrell honestly. I thought the finale was great.

Yeah, I think it was Tyrell in the mask and it was probably also him at the door at the end.

The wife spoke to Elliot in Swedish to see if he spoke the language

She was grilling him for info so there's no way they met before. she def knows he's part of why Tyrell went crazy.

Hopefully they talk again because that was good tv
