I wouldn't do it. That building isn't going to be trump for ever. Within a year of him being out of office, the many criminal investigations will cripple, if not completely take down the trump org.

Who cares? Obama was gonna get an NYC street anyway, might as well use it productively. Trump powerlessly rage tweeting at NYC may avert a terror attack in response to another tweet (or ...nspire one on a city more equipped to deal with it? Hard to tell with somebody so irresponsible and dangerous as Trump who actively works to harm and promote violence against his fellow citizens).
