It's not demeaning their sacrifice, but that sacrifice doesn't mean that they aren't still freeloaders. It's like a guy squatting on your couch that pays no rent talking about the pizza he bought 2 months ago as justification for why he has never paid any rent or anything towards the utilities. It just doesn't fly. Also, I've yet to see you show how Trump is helping Russia....but I've seen accusations.
The point is that the difference between paying 1.5% and 2.0% isn't really as big of a deal as combatting Russia. You and Trump seem more worried about the petty money issue which is already being remedied at a different schedule than you would like. If you can't see how Russia is helped by this then I don't know what to tell you.

As for the House of Rep, lawmakers unanimously passed a resolution expressing support for NATO as DJ Dotard roiled allies with escalating calls for increased spending from alliance members. Why indeed? How can his supporters be so uninformed as to think that somehow trump's statements at the NATO summit (and now the UK) make any sense at all? How can Astrodome, who seems to be an intelligent fellow, imply that what trump said about NATO spending was somehow a good thing and that the other NATO countries responded by increasing their defense spending beyond what was agreed to in 2014, when that simply is untrue. trump lied, or trump is suffering from some form of mental illness. Again, what he said about NATO spending was dead wrong. All the NATO countries agreed years ago that they would meet the target of 2% by 2024, and none of them, to my knowledge, has changed their intentions to do just that. What is wrong with trump's supporters that they feel the need to support the fellow when he lies, and he lies everyday, frequently multiple times, as he has done on this trip? What about him makes it OK for the person allegedly President of the United States to lie to the world and his country over and over and over again? What is wrong with you people?
