The DNC Sues Russia, The Trump Campaign and WikiLeaks

Just curious can Bernie sue the DNC kind of for the same thing?

 

This seems like the perfect strategy to get Trump re-elected, so it should come as no surprise the DNC is pursuing it.

 

Low lying fruit completely unrelated to any "Russian collusion" try again kiddo.

I’m sorta grasping with the reasoning for the lawsuits at this current time unless it really is about damages (the DNC continues to have financial issues even with an enthused base).

Otherwise I’m not sure what can be accomplished unless they think they will be able to depose Trump and his inner circle.

I dunno... I don’t have an opinion yet on what the DNC’s goals are here but sure... the DNC did victimized in 2016 and have every right to file a civil lawsuit to seek damages.

First of all the National Security Advisor of the President of the USA plead guilty to a felony of perjury concerns his meetings with Russians.

Second the Campaign Manager of the President of the USA is facing multiple felonies from multiple agencies involving his dealings with Russians.

Those are two of the highest level and closest positions to the President and they have fallen.

If the investigation ended right now it has already proven well worth it based on those already exposed.

However, the investigation isn’t over and there is no way to know who else is involved.

What you should be doing is asking yourself why you support a President that has surrounded himself with criminals and scumbags that are interested in illegally making money at the expense of the US people.

You won’t though; you will just mold reality to fit your biased little mind.

 

I completely don't get it either. It's tailor-made for winger political messaging though. They can just conflate the DNC more easily with Mueller now.

@justtxyank suggested it's for the depositions. Okay, but why now? And what depositions are you going to get that the Mueller investigation doesn't get via interview? Perplexing, and I fear it's just another bubble-generated brainfart from the DNC. A too-insulated inner sanctum thought this would play well.

Funny thing is, none of the Democratic winners in the special elections have used the Russian meddling as a political talking point in their campaigns. The media follows it, but the media doesn’t serve the DNC and doesn’t help them win elections. (See how CNN covered the Comey re-opening of the Clinton email investigation) The Democrats have won thus far with kitchen table issues.

Not sure why now they’d want to inject this into the peak of the midterms if it’s just for political reasons which I have to doubt honestly... they can’t be that dumb and there has to be better reasoning for this happening now.

Not a contradiction. The small crimes Mueller found have zero to do with what the dnc is suing over.
