This just proves that you only follow headlines and Twitter feeds.

The judge gave a CHOICE to Cohen's lawyer to write the name of the third client on paper abd hand it to the judge so that the judge can make the decision of whether it should be publicly outed or not or just state it out loud, and the lawyer for some god damn reason decided to blurt it out publicly .

Interesting, but I don't think that's fully accurate. The judge asked the legal team to reveal the name. Lawyer Ryan asked if he could give her a piece of paper and then blurted out the name before she could answer.

"Finally, she demanded an answer. “I’m directing you to disclose the name right now,” she told Cohen lawyer Stephen Ryan.

Ryan asked whether he should give her a piece of paper with the name or say it out loud, and then blurted it out — “Sean Hannity,” ... "

But accounts seem to differ on this important point!

"Cohen’s lawyers tried not to publicly name Hannity Monday, saying they would write his name on a piece of paper and hand it to the judge, but Wood told them to say the name out loud in open court."

    That's from: https://www.ajc.com/news/national/s...michael-cohen-clients/HsKUhe9IduL2EChN42MPFM/

    Sort of an important difference/distinction.

Look for a story on a Cohen mediated hush-money paid NDA for Hannity's hitherto unknown sex scandal in three, two, one...

There are 7 billion humans on this planet, and the third client just happens to be Sean Hannity.

Could a comedian show writer write a better script because it's god damn hilarous .

Cohen's lawyers were trying to prevent the revealing of the 3rd client (Hannity) and the evidence obtained through the raids by claiming attorney-client privilege. Unfortunately for Trump and Cohen, attorney-client privileges DO NOT exist for activities and communication of criminal nature. Secondly, if Cohen's dealing with Trump was business related, and not legal related; that's more of Cohen acting as a business man (who happened to have a law license) , so attorney-client privilege does not apply here. Third, Hannity cannot claim "privilege" at the same time denying Cohen ever represented him, and there was no contact / retainer.

Honestly what did the Republican base expect when they voted for a man that filed bankruptcy 6 times and ruined thousands of average Americans lives. When your motivation is hate, fear, and division you elected a fool, and its hard to believe this is just the beginning of the end.

I do have to admit I prefer calling him Sean. He doesn't look like a Monday.

Watch Cohen petition for his two clients a motion to suppress with a ball and gag order.

I need another couple of lawyer "friends" like Cohen: he doesn't charge for legal advice and will use his own money to pay off your whores.

law enforcement violating attorney-client privilege and immediately leaking the dirt they gathered about a private citizen (who committed no crime and has zero to do with any of this) should disturb everyone

Hannity may be many things, but he is not empowered to violate your privacy without cause

But sure, let's focus on him, the ends justify the means

the Stalinist left continues to use the power of the state to wage political warfare

Bizarre, I could have sworn this line of trump (and hannity) defense was discussed and addressed a week or two ago. Though continue to be confused by the attacks on law enforcement. For example, you posted "Hannity may be many things, but he is not empowered to violate your privacy without cause"... when did Hannity violate my privacy, with or without cause?

Unless you are falling back to the accusation that the FBI violated Hannity's privacy? Which is odd since a judge signed off on the search order, and another judge directed the naming of the third client (which she had to do, otherwise people would have major doubts about the investigation, since it was core to Cohen's defense).

And what is the "focus" on hannity? Very confusing attacks on our law enforcement (Stalinist? Seriously?).

I think you should go back to the hats discussion...

The Stalinist left is comprised of all almost all republicans and is generating outrage for using methods that have existed for decades

The victimized right consists of a lifelong Democrat and now suddenly the people who have spent years saying people who complained about the justice system were ridiculous are whining about unfairness and conspiracy
