She is forcing his hand. Either (1) Trump refuses to acknowledge the contract, in which case she gets out of it and gets to sell her story to the networks, (2) Trump acknowledges the contract, thus basically validating the entire story, or (3) she gets more money from Trump to drop the suit. My guess is #3 will happen and we will continue about our merry way digging ever closer to hell on earth.
