If he agrees to 2yrs/18-20m he creates an additional 6-7m in capitals while securing an extra 2-4m in extra guaranteed money. Agree to 3/21m he's getting another 5m guarenteed and they open up 9m in additional space.

If only Houston had some companies that big, a city that large and women that attractive. :(

I agree. There seriously needs to be an investigation.

I bet they sign Lowry. Spurs won't be dicking around like the Rockets waiting to get rejected by Paul.

Yeah, but he doesn't have Melo's expenses. He's not impregnating strippers like Melo is.

    Nah...

You find a dump for Tony Parker and you can get a tier 2 star like lowry or a very good fit in Hill

Yeah, I think Spurs will target Hill. Popovich loved Hill--supposedly broke his heart to trade him for Kawhi Leonard.

True. Harden is smart. He do them strippers in the butt so he doesn't have to worry about paying $1 million a year in alimony or baby mama support like Melo

i know pop works miracles, but a known playoff choker like lowry seems weird to bring in. seems like too much of a step down from paul and even paul doesn't make them all that close to the warriors.

I think if they add Paul without completely gutting their team (and Gasol's decision suddenly makes that a bit more plausible), they can definitely compete with Golden State. While I don't think they win the series even if Kawhi Leonard weren't injured, I think they win a couple games (Game 1 for sure and one other). Add Chris Paul to that and it's a competitive series.
