Paul George needs to be the main focus of the offseason anyways. Lebron would be nice to have, but I'd rather not wait around for his decision part III. This team is good enough that adding someone like PG13 will end the Warriors.

 

Those two go back way longer than that, they know each other from their high school days, their offseasons used to be training with each other in their first few seasons.

So hindsight is 20/20 but had the Carmelo deal gone down are we better or worse with the way Carmelo is playing this year compared to Ryno

 

Interesting considering both have player options for next season - either could confront management and demand to be traded to the destination of their choice or simply walk for nothing. Who blinks ?!

Lebron has a plan for every situation.

Cavs win: stay with Cavs 1 more year.

Celtics beat Cavs and Rockets win: Either go to Sixers or Celtics.

Rockets win otherwise: Go to Celtics.

Warriors or any team other than Cavs or Rockets wins: Go to Rockets

 

He ain’t going to the Celtics.

Because he'll be pouting with the rest of the Cavs when the Rockets beat them in the finals.

 

Who cares about LeBron if we win the chip

 

Remember Paul George has a leg that broke literally in half.

 

I'd only take Lebron if we could somehow get him and only get rid of Ryno (Lebron and CP3 both take pay cuts).

Giving up EGO and PJ Tucker + Ryno for Lebron (as has been mentioned now by many people) definitely NOT the best move when we could basically swap out Ryno for Paul George.
