Casting Trump as Julius Caesar is pretty interesting, I think. The play is focused on the big stress Caesar put on the Roman power structure, the decision some players made that something had to be done to stop him, and then the chaos that resulted when the decision to assassinate spun totally out of their control. Trump also challenges the US structure. I don't think anyone of importance is plotting his murder, but plotting an impeachment is functionally similar. And who knows what whirlwind will ensue if they (we) succeed at it.
Funny that the right didn't oppose Obama as Caesar back in 2012. http://www.broadwayworld.com/articl...eatured-Obama-Inspired-Julius-Caesar-20170612
Stop that. We're not the left. Protest outside of the play but don't shut it down which they tried to do by rushing onto the stage.
Get your death threats right, Trumpanzees. People mad about the Trump-like ‘Julius Caesar’ are sending death threats to the wrong theater
When someone claiming to be a liberal oppresses free speech, it means all liberals are PC. When a few right-wingers do it - it's bad bad right-wingers...you are bad seeds acting like liberals... ok....
0 attacks. 0 injured. 0 dead. No suicide bombing. No stabbing. No poisoning. Pretty pathetic for a Russian spy. Putin should fire Trump.
I disagree with interupting the play. Let them have their daily free speech stabbing. Very hypocritical by my side.
