High praise from skip by calling Harden the best offensive player of all time not that he is wrong but this guy was on Hardens case for years. James wining people over with his approach now .

You really have mental problems. Harden seems to be occupying you’re mind

nah its more like some people are consistent. rather than up and down with all their takes being barkley esq. throwing around the word mvp isn't supposed to be some general thing. its a rare status. AD isn't on that status which has entirely been media driven and casuals eat it up. Atleast not to this point and some half of a season with a great like Lebron doesn't all of a sudden change that

I'm willing to "skip" this particular point of view from Skip Bayless.

Harden the best offensive player of all time that never even started a nba finals game. Harden came off the bench in a nba finals game for okc.

    lol.

Dude barely takes his team to the playoffs, hardly has any resume material in the playoffs, and folks ready to call him MVP player.

Remember all those times Mitch Richmond was in the running for MVP award?

    lulz

    Talk about lowering expectations.

I dont think so. He got destroyed by Tucker and RoCo. Def a superstar but too soft to be an mvp player yet imo. Look at Laker stats when Lebron sits.

Funny enough Bald Eagle/Carushow-Lebron combo has higher +/- than Lebron/AD. Thats cuz Carushow isnt afraid to get physical AD is pretty soft.

Why is it dumb? Just cuz the media tells you he is awesome. He led his team to 2 playoff appearances in 6 years and then went crying to Lebron just like Bosh and Love.

Sure he looks the part and you think he should be better. But just doesn’t seem like he’s impacting the game as much as he should be for an MVP level player. Harden took Ryan Anderson and Eric Gordon to the WCF. AD missed the playoffs..... Dude is soft and always injured. Never seen a guy get hurt in warmups more than AD.

Love put up way better numbers and lost.

Bosh put up very similar numbers and also led his team to 2 playoff appearances. Bosh might be his best comparison ever.

MVP level players get their team to the playoffs on their own on a consistent basis...AD couldn’t even get 40 wins in a season for most of his career

MVP level stats does not equate to MVP level player

I like AD . . .. He is a good to above average rium protector . .. but I would not say elite.
I call not say he is an Elite on ball defender ..
Dwight in his Prime was probably a better defender overall

Offensively AD is great. He has all the shots . .. pretty much

But honestly. . . if you call Harden soft or anything. . .then AD is tissue paper .
I just don't feel he can elevate to where he needs to go
What we see now. . . is the BEST he will be
The only time he got out of the 1st round . . .. was that more Boogie and Holiday than him?
I won't say that . . . .I would have to check and see if his stats rose in the playoffs but I don't think they did

He has more to Prove than James or Westbrook imo

Him and Jrue got them past the Blazers the third seed one year though without Cousins.
    Sweep.

AD's game fits as a second option.

    cool...

other than that, he did nothing

An MVP level player’s greatest accomplishment was beating the Blazers in the 1st round? Lol

Well, if you believe the saying that big men have their prime starting around 27, 28.

    His is starting in LA.

AD comps are Love, Bosh, Shareef, lesser KG while at Minny.
Put up elite numbers on bad-average teams with no real post season success.
    Best as a number 2
