No he’s not an mvp level player. Not based on what he’s been up to this point. Is he an all star in this league? Sure. Just bc the media hyped you up to be some great doesn’t mean it’s 100% true. That’s narratives been trying to push through for awhile. It’s a gimmick. MVPs don’t exist with a guy who has loss constantly for years. Half a season being a sidekick to lebron James does not change that.

That was not Harden's fault at all. Howard had a wide open shot.... and he just passed it right back to Harden even though he knew he had 2 guys on him.

 

Harden was weak with the ball and he should not have made that first pass around the 1:25 mark.

The whole situation was predictable. why? You know Harden wants that three pointer.

 

AD is high level all-star, similar level to LeBron and recent revitalized Westbrook. But Harden is a 1/2 tier above all 3. Overall, I like the Rockets duo better than the Lakers assuming Russ keeps the same level of play since 2020 started.

 

A merit-able Bay-less is a sign of the apocalypse.

If the rockets get it done any year it should be this year, no Warriors(Splash Bros) or Durant. GO ROCKETS!

 

The skip bayless 50/50 chance is basically no chance in hell since the team has not been to finals in almost 25 years, quarter century! The rockets are out of the proverbial bell curve at this point.

Statistically speaking, there is virtually no sample population mean. It is impossible to have a sample standard deviation when you have not reached a western conference finals.

 

Did Shannon really watch the game? Have they watched any of them?

Teams are trying to get the ball in the post and the Rockets are 1) denying the entry pass 2) swarming bigs when they do get it in the post.

They fronted jv all night long. I think that this will carry over to the playoffs for the most part because teams don’t really have great post players anymore and when they try to take advantage it takes other teams out of their element. It’s be like if a team went small against us when we had capela and we kept trying to force it inside to him.

That’s a losing strategy for most teams.
