This is very unfortunate news but please let’s not go the “this would have been a championship year if Russ was healthy” On another note, I was ready to throw down $1500 tomorrow on a parlay of Blazers beating Brooklyn and Utah losing to Spurs but you have to imagine that Utah may all of a sudden decide they’d like to play Houston if Russ is injured.
stop posting sam, your nervous breakdown only seems to be accelerating. disable the keyboard, sit back and pop another xanax. your recovery rehabilitation mantra should be "lurkers of the world, unite!"
CF are a buncha of chicken little agitators when they smell blood, cockroaches come out of the woodwork trying to be first to say I told ya so. Smh This is what we should be doing when one of ours gets hurt.
Reading the report on NBA.com it sounds like he's been playing on it so I'm not sure it's serious enough to keep him out of playoff games. We'll see.
Okc wheels are falling off fast so Harden by himself will own them if the role players keep their end of the bargain but if we meet the blazers or the lakers we will need Russ
You aren't the only one asking that, Sam. It's a damn good question. Why on earth would he play? Who's responsible? Isn't this on Keith Jones? Nothing, repeat, nothing is more important than Russ being healthy during the playoffs. That he had a leg injury that now turns out to be a possible cause for him to miss part of the playoffs, wasn't the logical thing to do is not take any chances by letting him play in that game? If he wanted to play, you simply tell him no. I assume that MDA was using the guidance of Mr Jones. Look where that got us. To be clear, I didn't get past a couple of posts on page 2. Is there something I'm missing?
So why is it an issue now? I still don’t understand why the staff wasn’t more cautious with him. Again, his health for the playoffs is of paramount importance. How this has been handled seems a bit off base to me.
It was extra sore this morning so MRI scheduled. He has not looked as explosive in the bubble but we all thought it was rustiness due to Covid-19 recovery and working himself back to game shape.
Just btw, it's worth noting, since i will be making a contribution for you, that the "bspn editorial trash" you're talking about consists of direct, on-record quotes from multiple named sources, Mike Dantony, Dwight Howard, Kobe himself, etc that came from multiple postgame news conferences (that are on tape and were published in all the contemporaneous accounts). So, either facts, or, like COVID19, an elaborate ruse! Other than that though, yeah the Kobe stans are right it was a plot to make him doin work.
I still think Utah dodges Houston no matter what but hypothetical on a $1500 dollar parlay is insane. Stay away. BTW, I'm hoping to pitch some casinos a parlay system my buddy and I created called Against The Odds, sometime before next season. Maybe one day I'll create a thread and explain it on Clutchfans
The Utah spurs game does not matter anymore as far as Houston’s potential matchup. It’s okc confirmed 100%
